About the event
For this exercise in rally navigation you will need OS Sheet 178, Thames Estuary. You should also bring pencils ( B or 2B advised), eraser, magnifier, Romer if you have one, and a decent light, as the pub lighting is dismal. The instructions will be from those normally used in our Regularity Runs, like grid references, spot heights, map features, tulips and herringbones. It will be good practice for beginners and novices in particular, and experts will be welcome if they feel like brushing up on their skills. There will be no winners or losers and no prizes! It will begin at 8.00 sharp. Registration will limited to 15 guests and be on a first come, first served basis. The club reserve the right to cancel the event and issue refunds if less than six participants register. Registration will open soon.
